This is my book - yes, my very first real book!
It's set a few months after the events in the "Legends and Songs" trilogy and takes place in beautiful Key West, Florida - a place to which I have developed a personal addiction. It is, in a sense, my literary postcard from the Conch Republic.
Warnings ... let's see, this one's not too bad. A little adult content, a little violence - overall it's pretty safe, but that being said, it's probably not for young readers under the tender age of 13.
I'd like to say thanks to Stephanie, Kathy, and Sarah for their help, editting, and encouragement, all of which were essential in getting this project finished. Also, thanks to Donald Bain, who created George Sutherland and Dr. Truman Buckley - two wonderful characters of whom he can be justifiably proud. Jessica and Seth are, of course, the property of MCA/Universal. Everyone else is my own creation. All the characters are fictional; any resemblance to persons living or dead is completely coincidental.
I know it's been awhile since I posted my last fan fiction story, but I hope you'll find this worth the wait. When you're finished reading, please leave me feedback!
